About this jar
Chicken pickle cooked the traditional way. Boneless chicken is slow-cooked with garlic, ginger, mustard seeds, curry leaves, green chillies and spice powders in sesame oil, then packed by hand into a glass jar while the batch is still small. No preservatives are added and no colours are added. 250 g jar. Best before 3 months from the packing date.

Storage & shelf life
Refrigerate after opening. Always use a clean, dry spoon. Do not allow water or moisture to enter the jar.
Shelf life: 90 days from the packing date printed on the jar.
